Dispute resolution

The Seller provides out-of-court consumer complaint handling via the email address support@reclar.com. The Seller will send information about the resolution of the Customer's complaint in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. In the event that a consumer dispute arises between the Seller and the Customer from the contract, which cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the Customer may submit a proposal for the out-of-court settlement of such a dispute to the designated entity for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, which is:
